In a press release, originally released by PR Newswire, it was announced that Goettl Air Conditioning recently merged with Las Vegas Air and Paradise air. This change will add over 20 employees as well as over 15 trucks. Owner of Goettl Air Conditioning, Ken Goodrich, said of the merger, “We’re excited to integrate these companies into the Goettl family and know it will positively benefit our customers.” He went on to say that the change has brought two second-generation HVAC family owned businesses together and they will compliment each other’s strengths and continue to provide quality service with integrity.
Stephen Gamst, of Las Vegas air, explained that he was interested in the Goettl team because he felt the collaboration made a lot of sense. He grew up seeing Mr. Goodrich at the store with his father, while he was there with is own father. They both grew up indoctrinated with the principals of HVAC and he knows they can do great things together.
Goettl Air Conditioning, established in Arizona in 1939, was acquired by Goodrich in 2013. After bringing it to Las Vegas, his hometown, in 2016, he experienced a 500% growth, year-over-year. The merger has brought new opportunities for customers, and enabled Goettl Air Conditioning to take on commercial and multi-family jobs in addition to residential. They are also able to provide quality plumbing services with The Sunny Plumber, who in addition to Goettl, were voted “Best of Our Valley” for 2017 by www.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com.
Goettl cares about providing quality service to customers and offers a 6-step customer protection program. This includes providing three options to the customer, providing full quotes and do not additional fees later, a three-day right-to-cancel service, confirmation calls, 100% satisfaction guarantee on all work, and a follow up satisfaction confirmation. They train their employees rigorously and have them back ground checked, drug tested, and attend continuous senior-sensitivity training.
They are a business that cares about the community. An example of their going above and beyond is a food drive they held where they partnered with Three Square, a local food bank. A generous discount on service was rewarded to those who donated. They also offer public safety tips and are there to help with questions and service.
