Eduardo Sirotsky Melzer is presently an employee of the Grupo RBS, and he serves it as president and chairperson. He is the proprietor of the RBS Corporation, which is known for being among the biggest multimedia firms that are based in Brazil. Duda Melzer also serves as the Bricks Digital’s chairperson, and he has shares at the Bricks Ventures, which is private equity and investment capital firm that offers service both in Brazil and abroad.
Mr. Melzer studied at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul where he was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1998. He then pursued his MBA at the Havard University and graduated in 2002. Duda Melzer kicked off his profession in franchising and commercial marketing in Brazil. His accomplishments include taking part in the Booz Allen & Hamilton company’s projects and being a master franchiser at the Sweet Sweet Way, which is a multinational corporation. He then moved to the United States where he has hired by the Delphi Corporation and later became the CEO of the Box Top Media, which is a New-York based Media company. Duda Melzer went to Harvard Business School in 2008 to attend the Effective Strategies for Media Companies. In 2009, he sat on the boards of organizations such as Executive Council of the Standard Norms and Ethics of the National Council for Advertising Self-Regulation.
Duda Melzer’s career at the Grupo RBS started in 2004. He served as the CEO of the company’s domestic market and was made vice-president of business development and marketing in 2008. In 2010, the company made him its overall vice president. Melzer’s grandfather, Mauricio Sirotsky Sobrinho, is the founder of the Grupo RBS. Edwardo was promoted in 2012 to be the executive chairman of the company and later became CEO. Duda Melzer has been the chairperson of its board of directors since 2016.
